Terms of Service

01The service

FindIt lets businesses publish projects and lets agencies and freelancers submit proposals. Businesses and agencies can then chat privately and the business chooses a partner.

FindIt is a connection platform only. We are not a party to any agreement between a business and an agency, and we do not guarantee delivery, quality, or payment for any work.

02Free during the MVP

All features are currently free. There are no fees, commissions, subscriptions, or credits. If this changes in the future, we will announce it clearly before any paid feature launches.

03Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure.

• One account per person or organization.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Choose the correct role at signup: business or agency/freelancer.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or illegal projects, proposals, or profile information.
• Use the chat to harass, spam, or scam other users.
• Scrape, copy, or resell other users' data or content.
• Attempt to bypass the platform's security or access another user's private data.

05Content

You keep ownership of the content you publish (projects, proposals, profiles, messages). You grant FindIt a limited license to display that content to other users as needed to operate the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

06Deals happen between users

Any contract, payment, or work arrangement is strictly between the business and the agency. FindIt provides no escrow, no mediation, and no guarantees. Always agree on scope, price, and timeline in writing before work begins.

07Liability

The service is provided 'as is' during the MVP. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindIt is not liable for any loss arising from projects, proposals, communications, or agreements made between users.
