01Data we collect

When you use FindIt, we store:

• Account data: your email address, name, and chosen role (business or agency/freelancer).
• Profile data: description, website, services, and portfolio link that you add to your profile.
• Marketplace data: projects you post, proposals you send, and their status.
• Messages: the private conversations between a business and an agency.

02How we use it

Your data is used only to run the marketplace:

• Showing your profile to the other party so they can evaluate you.
• Displaying projects to agencies and proposals to the project owner.
• Delivering private messages between the two sides of a conversation.
• Sending essential account emails such as signup confirmation.

03Who can see what

Profiles and open projects are visible to signed-in users. Proposals are visible only to the agency that sent them and the business that owns the project. Messages are visible only to the two participants of a conversation.

We never sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

04Security

Access to private data is enforced at the database level with row-level security, so each user can only read and write the data they are entitled to. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.

05Your control

You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the FindIt team.

06Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will notify users in the app before the change takes effect.
