I can't log in after signing up
New accounts must confirm their email first. Open the confirmation link we sent, then log in.
How do I change my role?
Your role is set at signup. Contact us with your account email if it needs changing.
Why can't I send a second proposal?
Each agency or freelancer can send one proposal per project.
How do reviews work?
A business can rate an agency once per accepted proposal, and can update that review later.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — send a request from this page using the account topic.
Do you take a fee?
No. FindIt is free during the MVP and never handles payments between users.
