01Rights of every user

Regardless of role, every FindIt user has the right to:

• A free account with full access to the core marketplace loop.
• Edit or delete the information on their own profile at any time.
• Private conversations — messages are only visible to the two participants.
• Accurate presentation of their own data — no hidden changes to their content.
• Request account deletion and removal of their personal data.
• A safe environment — harassment, spam, and scams can be reported and lead to suspension.

02Rights of businesses

As a business on FindIt, you can:

• Create, edit, and manage your own projects, including title, brief, category, budget, and deadline.
• Receive proposals from agencies and freelancers on your open projects.
• View the profiles and portfolio links of agencies that send you a proposal.
• Accept or reject any proposal — the decision is entirely yours.
• Chat privately with agencies after they submit a proposal.
• Choose to work with whomever you want, on terms you agree directly with them.

03Responsibilities of businesses

In return, businesses agree to:

• Post real projects with honest budgets and deadlines.
• Respond to agencies in a respectful and timely manner.
• Not request free work disguised as a 'test' beyond reasonable evaluation.
• Honor the agreements they make with the agency they choose.

04Rights of agencies & freelancers

As an agency or freelancer on FindIt, you can:

• Create a public profile with your description, services, website, and portfolio link.
• Browse all open projects on the platform.
• Submit one proposal per project, with your price, delivery time, and message.
• Chat privately with a business once your proposal is on the table.
• Withdraw from any negotiation at any time — nothing binds you until you agree directly with the business.

05Responsibilities of agencies & freelancers

In return, agencies and freelancers agree to:

• Keep profile and portfolio information truthful and up to date.
• Send genuine proposals with realistic prices and delivery times.
• Only submit work samples they have the right to show.
• Communicate professionally and honor commitments made to businesses.

06Fair-use rules

One proposal per agency per project keeps comparison fair for businesses. Businesses can only message agencies connected to a real proposal, which protects agencies from unsolicited spam.

FindIt may suspend accounts — of either role — that repeatedly break these rules.

07What FindIt does not provide

FindIt helps both sides discover each other, compare proposals, and communicate. It is not an employer, agency, payment provider, or party to agreements made between users.

• FindIt does not guarantee that a project, proposal, portfolio, price, timeline, or user claim is accurate.
• Payments, contracts, intellectual-property ownership, taxes, and delivery terms are agreed directly between the business and agency or freelancer.
• An accepted proposal records the business's choice on FindIt; it does not replace a separate contract between the users.
• Users should verify the identity, experience, scope, and terms of the person or company they choose before beginning work.

08Questions, concerns, and account requests

Use the Contact page or email clientsupport.findit@gmail.com for questions about accounts, projects, proposals, messages, safety, privacy, or removing your data. Include enough context to identify the issue, but never send passwords or other sensitive credentials.
